Three ways to work
with us.
Choose based on what you want to own and who you want running it. Pricing is set after the walkthrough, once we understand the process, so this is not a rate card.
We build it and run it
Setup fee plus monthly subscriptionThe setup fee pays for building and deploying the tool. The monthly fee pays for running it: hosting, monitoring, support, and small changes. A new tool later means a new setup fee and joins the same monthly plan. Calls and messages are included up to a cap, then billed on top.
Walkthrough, then build and deploy. Catalogue solutions can be deployed in days, while custom builds take weeks. We host it, monitor it, and handle small ongoing changes.
Businesses and teams that want LoopLabs to run the system for them without adding another internal role. A smaller upfront commitment, with hosting, monitoring, support, and small changes included.
The monthly fee is for running it, not unlimited new builds. We define in writing what counts as a small change versus a new tool, and set a usage alert so a busy month does not surprise anyone.
We fund development for anything not already built, so each setup becomes reusable and can be redeployed with configuration rather than rebuilt from scratch. Many clients can run on shared infrastructure we host.
Side by side
| Model | Who owns it | Who runs it | Upfront cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| We build it and run it | We own and host it, you subscribe | LoopLabs, included in the monthly fee | Lower, setup fee only |
| We build it and you own it | You own it in your environment | Your team, or LoopLabs with the care plan | Higher, full build paid once |
| We become your AI team | Depends on the build, agreed per project | LoopLabs, ongoing | None, monthly from day one |
Calls and messages are included up to a cap on the subscription model, then billed on top. A new tool later means a new setup fee and joins the same monthly plan.
We price after the walkthrough, not before
We scope the process we watched, then give you a fixed-price proposal with the work, ownership, and ongoing costs clearly defined.
