How we work

A walkthrough, a build,
and then we stay.

Every engagement starts the same way: we watch the work as it actually happens, then scope one process. What changes after that is who owns the software and who runs it.

Walkthrough

We sit with the people doing the work and follow one process end to end: where the enquiry lands, who retypes what, which spreadsheet is the real one. Nothing is scoped or quoted yet.

Scope and proposal

Two to three days of scoping produces a fixed-price proposal: what gets automated, what stays human, and what it costs. We can work with a single decision-maker or with the relevant stakeholders and procurement process.

Build and deploy

Catalogue solutions can be deployed in days. Custom builds typically take four to ten weeks. It goes live on your own server, private cloud, or ours.

Rollout and training

The people using the system are trained on the actual workflow, and the approval step is designed around whoever already makes those decisions.

Run, monitor, improve

We can host it, monitor it, and handle ongoing changes, or your team can run it with us providing support. We report hours saved against how you worked before.

What stays human

Judgment calls, exceptions, and anything touching money or legal risk stay with a person. We design the approval step around them, so exceptions do not go unchecked.

No cleanup project first

Your data lives in Excel, chat threads, paper, and one long-time employee's memory. We build around that instead of asking you to clean it up first, so you see value before any tidying begins.

How we report

Hours saved against how the work was done before, plus what the AI flagged and what a person overruled. That gives the business a simple measure of what the automation is returning.

it starts
