Privacy Policy
How LOOPLABS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ("LoopLabs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

LoopLabs designs, builds, and operates AI tools, workflow automation, and AI-powered applications for businesses. We are the personal information controller for data collected through this website and our direct communications. What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
Client data in our systems
When we build or run a system for a client, we may process business records that contain personal information, such as customer names, orders, or call recordings. In those cases we act as a personal information processor on the client’s instructions, under a written agreement that sets out what we process, where it is stored, and how it is protected. The client remains responsible for the lawful collection of that data.
How we use it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data to train general-purpose AI models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email, telephony, messaging, and AI model providers, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. They are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or a lawful order.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the Philippines. Where that happens, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections comparable to those required under Philippine law.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client project records for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal, tax, or contractual purposes. We then delete or anonymise them.
Security
We use role-based access, audit logs, encrypted credentials, and encryption in transit to protect information. No system is completely secure, but we will notify affected parties and the National Privacy Commission of any personal data breach as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, email us at ask@loop.com.ph. We will respond within a reasonable time.
